When you pick your snack, shoot for something that cannot be consumed in one bite. Choose a snack that you need to work at, or that takes a little time. Like string cheese, berries, grapes, dry cereal, etc. You will feel more satisfied as it took a little longer, and less likely to grab something not as nutritious after you are finished. Plus if you snack at the office it will break up the work day for a few minutes here and there.
