Pick up a weight (or weights) totalling the amount of weight that you have lost or that you want to lose.
If you have already lost that amount of weight its amazing really give yourself a visual cue of the weight that you are no longer carrying around.
If you have yet to lose the weight, use that visual as motivation and picture it shrinking and shrinking. As you put the weight down, picture yourself putting down the weight on your body as well.
The most important part of the exercise is picturing yourself shredding the weight, whether you've already gotten rid of it or you are well on your way
