I had to finally call uncle because my back would not do any more. I had to take a day of rest because I have been pushing to hard and trying to clean and rearrange everything my eyes landed on. We are stronger in a group. I know I walk furter than I think I can when I go with someone else. I won't call uncle at the first twinge when I am not alone. Its better for me and my lazy dog when we walk and play with others where others can see us and we can see them - we don't dawdle as often.
This is day six of abstinence for me . I am not going to keep track of the days forever .. I have heard that it takes 6 weeks to create a new habit so that is 42 days I am going to do it for 84 day so I am sure that recording food and daily exercise is really a habit
I work from home, so I have to be sitting at least 8 hours a day in front of the computer. I have found several short songs with a very quick beat that work well when I have a moment to hope up and walk, sidesteps, or jog in place. I turn and look out the window or door to refocus my eyes. I sit back down feeling refreshed.

The road to success is not straight There is a curve called failure A loop called confusion Speed bumps called friends Red lights called enemies Caution lights called family you'll have flats called jobs But if you have determination An engine called perseverance Insurance called faith A driver called GOD You'll make it to a place called SUCCESS!
