I've heard about eating smaller meals & more of them is a healthy way to go. I've been following the practice of 200 - 300 calories every 2 - 3 hours and have been doing well. I discovered there's a "diet" called 6 word diet and ironically it is virtually the same thing. The 6 word diet, in a nut shell as I understand it, 100 calories every 90 minutes - that would be 200 calories in 3 hours. Just a testimony to eating healthy versus dieting.

Above everything else; I think one treat a week helps to motivate one's program for weight loss. But if you're not losing your weight consistently; then perhaps you maybe treating yourself a little too often...eek! I'm looking in my mirror....39
