Easy Way To Get Extra Fiber And Another Veggie Serving

I always add 2.5 ounces of fresh spinach per serving to the boiling water the last minute of cooking my pasta. Adds another extra serving of veggies, gives you tons of fiber , and all of the other good stuff that spinach has. Best of all you can't really tell its there or taste it! My kids eat it up!

Always look for new ways to add extra veggies, fruit, fiber & the like to meals. Try adding them to soups, rice dishes, pasta, eggs, smoothies, or anything that we are making. We can never have too many veggies & they are so low in calories we can eat until we are full & not feel guilty. B inventive
When I don't have time to cook my food for lunch the night before I have a stash of Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice meals in the freezer at work. To bulk them up I add a serving of veggies. It helps me stay fuller throughout the day and I'm getting an extra serving of veggies!
