I have found the best way for me to stay on track is to keep myself busy. When I am not focused on anything specific I turn to food and mindless eating, so keeping my mind and hands focused on a task is my solution.
I have difficulty setting goals.....I find it much easier to make a pledge, a promise to myself. I find I am more focused AND more motivated!. I pledged to walk daily in December, and almost 6 weeks later, I am enjoying a daily walk, even if it is on the treadmill or with Leslie Sansone!313311231342
