Some weeks are so hectic that just plopping down in front of the television is a way of relaxing. At my house to help monitor how much televison the children watch we have no TV Fridays. On Friday the TV has to be off all day and we have to do something that involves fitness or family fun. It gets us together and it gets us moving.

My best friend who is a track and cross country runner told me about doing the Lying Abduction (or Adduction) exercise while you read. But you can do it while watching TV as well. I love doing this because then I feel more time-efficient!
