Morning workouts can give you the energy you need to get through the day.

MORE INFORMATION:
I find that when I workout in the morning I have more energy during the day and thus do not need the four cups of coffee loaded with sugar and cream.

    I agree with this as I am a morning workout person too. I can feel the difference if and when I miss workouts any morning.

    I don't drink coffee for energy. I drink coffee because I like it.

    I agree and I've found if I don't do it in the morning, I will have trouble getting in the later the days go. Especially once my son gets out of school.

    I have been wanting to switch my workout routine to the morning and am also cutting back on my coffee intake as well as converting over to decaf. Good to hear that I should have more energy by doing so!
