Focus on good, sweaty cardio excercise- always pushing for and past your target heart rate. Try to eat as much fresh produce as you can and organic if its available. And wash it first!!!!

    If someone has a health condition that makes "always" a dangerous or deadly word, then I do hope they have consulted their healthcare provider before relying on MY mantra I shared with Sparkpeople.
