Try to incorporate as many different colors in your daily diet as possible .. the more colors the more different nutrients you eat. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, White
ps: no artificial color please!
Red: apples, sweet red peppers, tomatoes
Orange: oranges, sweet orange peppers, peaches, nectarines
Yellow: Summer squash, sweet yellow peppers, cantaloupe
Green(darker is better!): lettuce, green beans, spinach
Blue: blueberrries, eggplant, plums
White: banana , mushrooms, onion
