My husband brought home Luzianne Brand Tea Bags this summer for making iced tea. We drink alot of tea at our house. These bags are "Family Size." Which means they are extra, extra large tea bags. I fold 2 of these teas bags in half and slide them into a gallon plastic jug of water. I let it seep in the refrigerator for a few hours and then carefully remove the bags. It's an Orange Pekoe and Black tea blend. It was $1.94 for 24 bags & does come in Decaf too! Good & Inexpensive!

I use my drip coffee maker to make quick easy iced tea. Put 3-4 tea bags in the coffee filter and run through a carafe of water. Pour hot tea into a pitcher 1/2 full of ice and Viola... perfect iced tea!
When you're making iced tea...recycle the tea bags. Tea bags are great for reducing swelling around the eyes - I think it's the tannen. Pop the tea bags in the freezer and when you use them it's like an instant spa treatment!
This summer, I've been putting 4 family-size tea bags in a two gallon glass jar with a lid and setting it our in the sun for a refreshing beverage. I leave it out for 3 hours and bring it in and put in the refrigerator so it's ready when I'm hot, thirsty and running on empty. A big glass of iced tea is a wonderful thirst-quencher and mood-enhancer.
