Making a Life Style Change
January 1st, my husband and I truly got serious about leading a healthier lifestyle. Instead of having a "target" weight or deadline, we decided we wanted to make healthy changes to impact our lives as a whole. Looking at life this way has allowed us to make good choices most of the time, and not beat ourselves up if we miss a step a time or two If we go over calories one night- we eat better the rest of the week.
