Want a great family adventure & get some exercise. Go to a local corn maze. The intricate labyrinths come in all sorts of shapes & sizes, ranging from elaborate patterns to the outlines & contours of a celebrity's face. There often are other attractions at the end of the maze like produce stands, hayrides & barnyard petting zoos. To find one in your area go to any search engine & type in "corn maze + your town or county's name." Don't wait to long, harvest will be early this year. Take camera!
I use 2 tablespoons Hellmenn's light mayo with apple cider vinegar. I use a little apple cider vinegar to make the mayo more thinner, than add garlic or mustard for flavor. You can change the consistence with the apple cider.
I like to make this because it's less calories and no high furtose corn syrup
Counting the ingredients in the food you eat will help you avoid high fructose corn syrup and other additives that do nothing to keep you going healthy and strong. Avoiding these additives will also help you ease indigestion and other nasty things. If a food has more than 20 ingredients, don't eat it at all. If it has more than 10, eat it rarely.
