Reward Yourself




Write down a dozen or so small rewards for yourself and once a week pull a new reward to motivate yourself. If at the end of that week you've accomplished all of your workouts, reward yourself!!!!
Feel free to make it a food goal or other goals instead of just workouts and get motivated.
