keep all your daily allotment of food in one tray in the fridge, Its an easy way to keep on track. I put all the food on this tray in the morning. For drinks I prepare one thermos with ice lemon juice and water and another with ice almond milk and decaf. coffee. I have flavored drinks throughout the day. emoticon

    I really like this idea because you can see all your day's allotment of food and drinks at once. Great for the visual person! It should make it easier to pace yourself and spread things out over the course of the day, rather than being tempted to eat too much early on. It also sounds like it would cut down on the temptation to have other things that are not in your plan because you do your thinking and preparing ahead of time and don't make decisions when you are already hungry!
