Vitatops are a great source of fiber and taste good too not to mention they are only 100 calories. Just like a muffin only with the top and not the bottom, you can freeze them to keep fresh and nuke them in the microwave for 20 sec. Tastes great fills you up and is 10 grams of fiber! A tasty, interesting base for a spread or cheese. Whole grains and lots of non-grain seeds, plus (sigh) some enriched wheat flour. They're not as sturdy as some crackers, so you have to spread gently, but even my husband (who hates almost anything whole wheat) likes them.

I keep chocolate Vitatops in my freezer to use as a snack for my 3pm slump. One Vitatop is only 100 calories, but it has 5g of fiber, 4g of protein, 15 vitamins and minerals, and it's substantial enough to fill me up. The bottom line is they taste good too.
