All the flowers are in the garage now, all the empty pots dirt has been dumped put away, junk, papers picked up from the yard. Shed and garage cleaned, hot house taken down and put away. Summer furniture has to be put away and pool closed. Last things in garden to dig in October. Have you had to winterize your homestead like me? I had a lot of fun doing all the work but like I said before I find fun in about anything, do you have fun or enjoy working outside?

My mom gave me this genius idea. Use an inexpensive swim noodle (found at Dollar Tree for one dollar) to insulate outside pipes and faucets. Cut a length of the noodle to fit the pipe or faucet, cut a slit in the side, and slip it over the pipe/faucet. Inexpensive, and works just as good as the more expensive pipe insulation.
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
