Idea for Sparkpeople
I would love and I know that lots of other people would love it if there was more GF products listed on the food list.
One of the things that takes up my time is typing in all my GF products and their values. I know its a big job but not as big as regular food products as there arent as many of them.

It would be nice if there were a specific menu plan for people who are wheat/gluten intolerant along with dairy intolerant. Maybe a nutritionist could come, up with a plan for those of us with food intolerances?

I'm looking for a website that can provide free celiac disease diet/meal plans.

I live in Vancouver BC so we dont get those supermarkets or the products.

I know they are there after you log them but its extremely time consuming. I guess its because I live in Canada and lots of other non GF specific food is also not listed. I know there doesnt go a day when I dont have to log something else. I also find sometimes that already logged food doesnt have the same nutritional values because of the different countries allowances. So for instance a same can of beans will be different from what Sparkpeople have logged because they have different government food guidelines.

I agree... I spend a lot of time typing in all of the info. More items are added everyday, this has become a big market!

But once you enter them, they are there for you the next time! Have you tried the Bahama Rice Burgers? They are gluten free. (My friend is the person who developed them and owns the company, so I am biased, but they are a great product!) You can get them in PA and FL supermarkets, and also on QVC.
