Try Plyometrics For Killer Cardio Workout

My gym offers a class based on just doing plyometrics; short/high intensity intervals of running, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, name it. For 50 minutes our heart rate is HIGH. Though it is a TOUGH workout and sometimes hard to keep up, I feel really really good afterwards. Something different from a "typical" cardio workout that really kicks your butt. emoticon

    I just started with this, and it has been great. I notice that when I play basketball, I can jump higher and further.

    I used to do this with my old trainer and it kicked my butt! You are right, it is a great workout :)
