I have been maintaining for three weeks and am doing fine. My secret is just commonsense. I am continuing to track my food and exercise and it has been working. When I cheat (am trying to keep it to a minimum) I just have to be careful for the next few days.

Exactly how I do and it continues to work. I just try not to beat up on myself for the overage days.

one thing to keep in mind, what's done is done, can't be undone, but you don't have to keep doing it, keep your chin up, go from here, don't beat yourself up, just start now, don't look back, or you'll lose this moment and you'll never get this moment back, life is too short, live and enjoy, life is a gift from God
