This one took me by surprise. I used to not eat but I'm learning if that by eating every few hours (I shoot for every 2.5 to 3 hours) and it's been making a great difference. I had it wrong all along - it's not eat less often, it's eat more often (healthyly of course ).

I eat every 3 hours as well. Eating at this frequency INCREASES your metabolism and that way you don't get dips in your blood sugar. It also helps me from eating in excess.

WOW! I have to agree..when you feel deprived it just makes you want to binge moreoften. Any suggestions for healthy snacks?

Yes this is true!! I try to eat every three to four hours!! I'm less likely to over eat because of this.

I try to plan all our family's meals weekly, this includes the commitment to cooking healthy also. It doesn't take as much time as you would think to cook at home. We eat as a family and every member helps so dinner is generally done in a half hour. Try this at least 5 nights a week and reap reward
