Hellmann's Mayonnaise Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil contains just half the calories and fat of the Regular Hellmann's Mayonnaise - and ALL the flavor. And it's made from Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Soybean Oil. Personally, I think it tastes way better than the "light" or "fat free" versions of mayonnaise! 1 Tablespoon is 50 calories, 5 grams of fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 120 mg sodium and less than a gram of carbohydrate.

Olive oil makes you feel full and tends to make you eat less and have fewer sugar cravings. Olive oil is a dense food and thru research it has been found that Olive oil and other nut oils do not make you gain weight. Olive oil is a digestive aid and is high in polyphenols. Thaw frozen veggies into microwave or a steamer & toss them into soups, Dreamfield's pasta or brown rice. Broil sliced vegetables like zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant, & tomatoes for just a few minutes until they blacken around the edges. Serve warm with a low-calorie dressing of lemon juice, low-fat or fat-free mayonnaise, and black pepper or you can add tomatoes, radishes, green or red peppers to a tuna salad made with low-fat or fat-free mayonnaise or just a little Oilive Oil.
Mixing in blue, feta, or goat cheese is a great way to add tons of flavor & some protein too. Beans or chickpeas add protein & fiber. Try avocados, nuts, flaxseeds, berries, chicken chunck, ham chunks, tuna, beets, bell peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, tomato and cucumber salad w/vinegar & oil, 6 Croutons & you'll get some of the crunch and flavor and fewer calories.While the good fat in olive oil provides benefits, its calories count, use 1 tbs with vinegar.
