I buy fruit every week and fill a basket in my kitchen. I buy veggies and cut up and put in bags in the refrigerator for easy access!! Then when I feel like a snack or just want to munch on something... I eat a piece of fruit, or munch on some veggies!! Great way to stay on track!!

Because I'm a grab it and eat it kind of person, I like to keep my fridge stocked with fruit and veggies. Before I put the veggies in I wash, cut and place them on a tray. This very a very handy way of grabbing on the go and avoiding the cookies!4
