3 DVDs I CANNOT live without! I have started using them in a rotation with my weight training and LOVE the immediate results. Some reviews I have read say things like "The dvds don't move fast enough for me", "JM doesn't use heavy enough weights for me", or my favorite "JM is too mean".
All you have to do is move faster, use heavier weights, and use her criticism as constructive and you will have a SERIOUS workout!

  • Not a big fan of 30 day shred. It takes forever to get to the workout because you can't fast forward through a lot of the commercial time. Plus, she talks a lot. Finally, wow, that's a crazy number of jumping jacks. - by NGILLARD
