I had posted earlier about a dry eraser board on my frig for a to do list. I also use it to write down positive affirmations I come across. I write down any fitness tips I want to remember. I leave the tips up for a while before I change it to another thought. Nice way to reflect on past or present change.

I have the most energy and am very positive in the morning. When I get to the office sometimes I send out a letter to myself. The mail usually consists of bills so a positive note from my "positive self" really can pick me up and remind me of what's important!
I listen to motivational cd's in my car on the way to work every day. By the time I arrive at my desk, I am ready to start my day on a positive note. No matter what is going on in my life......listening to positive messages always keeps me grounded.
