I have logged in my food everyday for 115 days! Its easy and great to know you are in control! emoticon
BRANDONSMOM26 3/31/2010 2:07:00 PM

This was my tip as well, i have definitly noticed a difference when i log on everyday. going down the spark poitns list exposes me to all the great information on the site that can be a bit overwhelming at first. i didn't know where to start and the spark points lead you in every direction
GRATEFUL_DAWN 3/26/2014 9:05:00 AM

You are too right. Thanks for sharing the spark.
ASCHELLER22 2/20/2014 3:27:00 PM

I actually made my Start page one of my "Home" tabs on my internet browser - even at work! I do a lot of work on the internet (as a public high school teacher) and whenever I take attendance or update grades, my Start page is right there. I use my lunch time to log my meals so far, read the suggested articles, and plan my dinner.
SJIVERSON 9/2/2013 12:33:00 PM

Every morning I log in and add my food and exercise for the day. It really helps to know how many calories you consume in a day. The exercise sets me up for a good start to my day. emoticon emoticon
LDAVENPOR4 7/9/2013 8:37:00 PM

Daily log ins really make a difference. emoticon

WALLPER26 3/5/2013 9:41:00 PM

I totally agree. But be careful not to get distracted and spend too much time on the computer, to the detriment of eating well and moving!
MOSTMOM1 12/14/2012 10:38:00 AM

I agree! Logging in and spinning the wheel every day, helps keep Spark running in the back of my mind every day.

Spark coach and the trackers keep me on track every day emoticon
DNRAE1 9/10/2012 10:03:00 AM

It helps keep me from giving up when things aren't going my way...as in down the scale! Logging in each day motivates me and reminds me why I'm here.
AW5938 7/13/2011 11:21:00 AM

Miss not logging in daily because there is always reward in doing so, from the encouragement to informational resources and tracking ability.

Well, I don't do it most mornings b/c I don't want to spend the whole day on the computer. But I do like to even when I'm not here @ the home & am up north where I'm not having the computer my hubby will log in for me.

BLAKBIRD 5/27/2010 11:17:00 PM

After one month I'm beginning to see how logging food exercise etc will help me understand how the choices I make affect me weight, well being and attitudes.

And the teams, what can one say. Extremely supportive.

COLOURFULME 4/6/2010 5:45:00 AM

Yes I do too! I noticed how addicted I am that when yesterday my connection went dead I was stressed! LOL Oh well I won't get a perfect attendance trophy this month. Tough! But my weight will be down!!!

WANNABEETRIM2 3/29/2010 2:30:00 PM

    I agree 100%.
Logging in the first thing in the morning has become part of my "diet and exercise" routine.
On days when I miss, I feel I'm missing something all day long.
ADKONKLE 3/29/2010 2:02:00 PM

I have found that logging into Spark People helps me stay on track, especially after a "bad" day. Consistency spills over into all areas.
KATHERYNP 3/29/2010 8:29:00 AM

This is a big one for me as well. I start out reading the daily article that comes to my e-mail so that takes me to my Spark Points page. I then do many of the little things to start earning points. I like the Trivia questions, reading blogs, going to the team huddles in the morning and seem to find new things every day!! This site rocks!!!
WATOGA17 3/29/2010 8:19:00 AM

I agree! Make it a morning habit. I do it with my morning coffee. emoticon
MAMAGOSS 3/29/2010 7:59:00 AM

I do the same thing - a great way to guarantee success!
WYWIWOMAN 3/29/2010 7:43:00 AM

Wonderful suggestion that has worked for me. If I get a bit down in emotions, energy level, or enthusiam I have found that I need to keep logging in to stay in charge of my life. SP's a tool for everyone's self-care toolkit.
