they really add up. It may only be ten minutes but ten minutes and ten there, and before you know it, you have gotten in over thirty minutes a day. get in some wall or counter crunches while you are in the kitchen, or do some leg lifts or leg circles while sitting watching tv. Of course, you could also be marching in place while you are seated. You will be amazed at how quicky the minutes mount up and do what exercise you love to do, because the time goes more quickly.
I have found that doing almost anything to peppy music makes the time go faster and this is especially true with exercise. I turn off the sound of the dvd and turn up the music and my rhythm and my tempo immediately speed up.
