Fresh Food

I love fresh food from the garden and that is winding down now. Have sweet potatoes to dig, 3 melons, peanuts, carrots, peppers, and a few tomatoes. I am going to have fresh food during the winter. I have lettuce, spinach, peppers, cucumbers, blueberries, raspberries and tomatoes in my garage and i am going to keep them going, I hope. There is nothing better than what you grow. Does anyone else grow during the winter in the cold regions?

I live in New Zealand so I think what grows well here might be different for you but I have lettuce, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and lots of herbs. i have herbs inside and outisde depending on their needs. lucky for me the weather is warming up as we'e entering spring time so I've already planted everything I need for summer barbeques!
