Oct 8th to end - 12 weeks.
Oct 15th to end - 11 weeks.

Addiction programs and neuroscientists say it takes ~90 days, not 21, to form a new habit. So think about what you'd like to change, set some goals, and put SparkStreaks for them on your SparkPage. Work on them for now til the end of the year; because 21 days is NOT long enough.

    Brilliant! I'll be able to find a couple of things, I know - No 1 being getting back to regular exercise. Earliest I can start is 24 Sept - is this a team to join, yet?
