Addiction programs and neuroscientists say it takes ~90 days, not 21, to form a new habit. So think about what you'd like to change, set some goals, and put SparkStreaks for them on your SparkPage. Work on them for now til the end of the year; because 21 days is NOT long enough.
If we eat healthy & exercise & declutter STARTING NOW, don't wait!!, then we'll be in good shape, & have a great foundation, for New Years Goals.
