I sneak in extra steps whenever I can. If I'm watching a television show, I get up and jog in place during the commercials. I work in an office, so I have to sit down most of the workday. I break it up by walking "laps" back and forth down the long hallway that runs the length of the office. While waiting at the copier, I pace or walk in place, and I walk laps around the table while heating up my lunch (love those SP recipes!). It's much easier to get 10,000 steps that way!

Sneaky ways to get in protein and stay fuller longer!
The newest additions to the Yoplait family is the Greek yogurt and Yoplait smoothies. The Greek yogurt is yummy, unlike other brands, if you don't get unflavored, 130 calories, 12 grams of protein, 0 fat. Smoothies use only skim milk and are 140 calories plus 1 cup of skim milk. Yum!
I choose to walk when going to the shops, or if I am driving I will park further away and walk the extra distance. I guess if I lived in a city I would get off the bus a couple of stops before mine to get some extra walking in.
