I sneak in extra steps whenever I can. If I'm watching a television show, I get up and jog in place during the commercials. I work in an office, so I have to sit down most of the workday. I break it up by walking "laps" back and forth down the long hallway that runs the length of the office. While waiting at the copier, I pace or walk in place, and I walk laps around the table while heating up my lunch (love those SP recipes!). It's much easier to get 10,000 steps that way!
