Whenever I grab a glass of water to drink, I make sure I mark it in the nutrition tracker, so I stay accountable to drinking my 8 glasses of water a day. It has really helped me in my quest to lose weight.
Sometimes I will use a lime or lemon wedge to flavor my water slightly, this helps me drink more water instead of other flavored drinks, like soda.
