This Sparked Me!

I volunteer several days a week at a local no-kill dog shelter. I go early in the mornings and walk dogs for 3-4 hours, non stop. Its great exercise, great for the dogs, and a huge help to an entirely volunteer run organization.

Volunteering at the dog shelter is a great idea, Moppet. My 14 year old dog recently passed away and our new house doesn't allow dogs. I miss my canine friend. We used to rack up the miles together when he was younger emoticon
