Instead of using gum and breath mints...that have additives and various forms of sugar..I use whole cloves or a tiny piece of cinnamon bark for fresh breath. One bottle of cloves or cinnamon from a discount spice store lasts a very long time! Much less expensive than other breath products and healthier than chemicals. Additionally, there are some interesting articles written on the healing properties of these spices..maybe its not all folklore?
I started with a miniscule size piece as I learned the amount most enjoyable for me. No chewing required! :)
I keep my fresh breath spices in an empty glucose strip container, empty RX bottles are good too.
