Go on youtube and find a weight loss vlog of someone who inspires you to meet your goals. When you subscribe to that person you can use them as a motivator. You can also share your successes and pitfalls with them and they write you back. Then make your own youtube videos. It keeps you accountable. "If he/she can do it, so can I"

I love to turn on music and dance with my grandchildren. They love it when grandma acts silly. We play "follow the leader" where one of us does some funky moves and the others do the same. What fun! And the memories made will last a lifetime. (And burn lots of calories too!!).244
When the kids are constantly fighting and won't listen, take them outside and lead them on a run around the yard/ neighborhood. You can race them or you can do a running follow the leader game. It wears them out and stops the fighting. Plus you get a workout in. I have four kids and they stressed me out so this is what I started to do to handle it.
