Being conscious of what you eat, how much you exercise and how you feel mentally is the key to staying healthy. So eat with the awareness of the level of your hunger and how the food you eat is going to affect your body and mind. Exercise as much as your body needs to stay fit. Overexercising is as harmful as not exercising at all. See what your mind wants and feels, if you are happy you wont need to indulge in order to lift your moods. Follow these basic fundas and Stay Healthy !
A great strategy for making sure you don't eat the wrong foods is simply not to buy them. If they're not in the house, you can't eat them. Exercise control at the grocery story or restaurant, and it makes it that much easier to keep your diet on track.
When I'm tempted to go outside my calorie range or eat more than I should, I google or look at a picture of what 5 lbs of fat looks like...IT IS GROSS!!!!! That is ususally all the motivation I need not to eat something...and sometimes it even gets me moving to exercise if I'm feeling lazy
