Don't focus on what the scale reports. Focus on the fact that you are healthier today than when your journey started. For me 143 was better than 168. Three months of 143 was better than one day at 168. Eventually the plateau will break, as long as you keep making healthy choices.

thanks for sharing that. I dealt with this yesterday at my weekly weigh in and monthly measurements. I was so upset over not getting down to where I wanted to be, that I forgot to look at were I had come from. Thanks again for sharing this. It helped me.
