This is so so true! I just finished up my cancer treatments and remind myself all the time that if I survived 6 months of chemotherapy then I can certainly get my tush off the couch and survive at least 30 minutes of working out!

Great idea. On my walks the past few days I have been telling myself to be thankful I can even be outside walking - some people can't.
