When I want something to munch in the evening, even though I've already eaten everything I should have for the day, I keep cleaned radishes in the fridge. A few (sprinkled lightly with No Salt) satisfy the need to crunch and set up enough activity in my tummy to make me feel full.
Pickles, i know, are pretty high in sodium, but low in calories, basically none. You will most likely get sick of them before they affect you negatively though, but if you are sure they wont, control yourself. If you get sick of them, and tell yourself, "I am only going to eat these," your good! :)
