Fitness Page - Mileage Tracking: Add Personal Identifying Notes




Most days I break my walking into various minute segments.
I use the "Note" area on the Optional Mileage Tracking section of the Fitness Tracker to note what or where or when I walked. Helps me remember how I reached my daily total or beyond.
For example: Today I entered my Walk Slim DVD for 30 minutes, my walk to the mail box for 10 minutes, & a random walk at 3:00 p.m. for 10 minutes.

  • That's a great idea! i do a lot of different exercises during the day and it's hard to track some of them. I'm going to start adding them your way. It will be a great way to keep my workout fresh and avoid repetition. emoticon emoticon - by KBEAR9963
