I agree with so many others here. I started this journey two weeks ago and have fallen off the horse with my diet on several occasions. The secret is to accept what you did, don't beat yourself up anymore, and move on whether it's the same day or the next. I'm on the bootcamp challenge and on days I can't get to the workout, I make it up the next day by doing two. Good luck to all.
I find that if I get busy for a few days and miss my SparkTime I begin to feel discouraged. It would be so easy to just forget about it and fall back into my old habits.
