Track It Before You Eat It

In the morning when I track my breakfast, I think about lunch, dinner and snack and plan what I will have. Then I track the whole day, making sure it is balanced, healthy and within range for calories, and other important areas. Then I try to stick to only what I have recorded, sometimes making minor changes as I go. This keeps me on track most days by discouraging mindless eating!

    I totally agree. I either track in the morning or the night before if I already know what I'm having. My best days are the days I just have to look at my tracker to refresh my memory about what I'm eating!
