I started watching just my carb intake, making sure that 90+% of the carbs I was taking in were good carbs.
I added a supplement to my regimen, Lecithin. Now the Dr said that my changes are what have made the diffrence, but I am not so sure, I think the Lecthin has something to do with it.211
If you are exercising, you need to make sure you are getting enough carbs to fuel your workout. Even if you are not an athlete, or are not training for something, you need to make sure that you eat the right amount of carbs to get the proper energy so you can push yourself as hard as possible. Bad carbs are bad. Good carbs are great. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and beans are examples of good carbs that can really help you in your weight loss efforts.
