I think of my plan for healthy living in terms of a football game. A fumble isn't part of the game plan, but it is part of the game. If I slip, I just shake it off!! It has meant the difference between multiple attempts and success.

I was on a five week plateau and tried everything to shake it off. It wasn't until I focused on nutrition, that the scale started to move. I met with a nutritionist and learned that the most efficient way to boost the nutrients is through drinking a smoothie every morning. After two weeks, I lost an additional 4.5 pounds!
Type the word smoothie into the SP search engine for amazing recipes and tips from other SP members. I use berries, spinach or kale, flax meal and other ingredients for mine.
