I think of my plan for healthy living in terms of a football game. A fumble isn't part of the game plan, but it is part of the game. If I slip, I just shake it off!! It has meant the difference between multiple attempts and success.

I totally agree! I believe in forgiving instead of berating. There is always tomorrow to get back on track, and one slip doesn't ruin all the work already put into yourself. Life is full of learning experiences. If you learn from your mistake you can plan to avoid it next time.
