When I don't feel like working out I tell myself that I only have to do 15 min and then I can stop. Usually by the time I get to the 15 min I am through the hardest part and I end up having a great workout but if after 15 min I don't want to work out anymore, I don't. Don't lie to yourself.

  • I also do this walking. I tell myself I can just take a small walk, but I usually keep going after I start. - by BECKYANNE1
  • I believe this is true of any activity that is not something we "enjoy". Give yourself permission to stop after a period of time and you remove the burden of having to do something you dont like. - by MICHELEDALENO
  • I also follow the same route. If I do not feel like exercising then I would set myself for 15 minbutes and by end of 15 minutes I am charged up to complete my complete schedule. - by SUNIL410
