Use binder clips on your desk or dresser, clip the clip to the edge then thread your charging cord through the wire loop. This keeps them off the surface but ready to be used. At the other end (on the floor) plug in the chargers to a power strip and you are ready to go.
Binder clips are available at any office supply store and come in many sizes and colors.
Go to Office Depot (or any other place that they sell office supplies) and get binder clips to use to close up bags for chips, pretzles and bread. These are really cheap and take up way less space than traditional "chip clips" do.
