Tonight I was hungry for a "treat"--something sweet and chocolate covered. And I believe having a treat like this a couple times a week is healthy. As long as you do it sensibly. So for less than 300 calories I had THIS healthy treat!
I took one pear, sliced it up thin, nuked it in the microwave for 1 minute. Then I broke up 1/3 (which is less than one serving!!) of a Green & Black's Organic Dark Chocolate candy bar, and sprinkled the broken pieces over my pear. Last I microwaved it for one more minute. DELICIOUS! and guilt free.
