Every time I feel myself wandering I remind myself that I am losing weight for me and that I deserve it. In the past I had low self-esteem and some of those bad habits are still aound, I have to remind myself that I deserve to look good and feel great as much as anyone else does

I am over worked, harried and a little frazzled at this time. I know it is the holidays but it is hard on the system. There must be a way of getting what I need to do done in a the day even though it is stressed.
How? A regiem, a check list, an out when things are too stressful. Like breathing, praying, taking a break and know I deserve it.
Some things in life are mind over matter. Know that you are worth it. You deserve to be healthy, You deserve to love your body, You deserve to reach your goals. Treat your body the same way you would your child's or your loved ones. Fight for yourself.
