Quite by accident, one stressed day I bit into dark chocolate and had my best workout ever up to that point. On many different occasions I confirmed that Dark chocolate gives an amazing boost for the best cardio workout ever! 25g of 60-70% cocoa dark chocolate and I can work at 70% MHR for an hour!
A trainer confirmed that it is used by a few athletes.
Although i dont have smelly trainers iv heard that if you sprinkle the in sides with cat litter, it absorbs the sweat. Also If you add a sprig of rosemary, lavender or other herb amongst the litter addsaa lovely smell. Leave over night empty out the next day and those smelly trainers now smell better. This has to be cheaper than sprays. Anyone who uses this must let me know if it works!!
I have tried joining a wellness center, a gym, and curves. I tried softball, racquetball,, and tennis. The Having recently been diagnosed with diabetes I am more cognizant of the need to exercise. I am using a Certified Personal Trainer. On the intake form I took a major leap of faith giving her Carte Blanche for setting up the strength training and directing Cardio. If I don't do something well I don't want to do it all, I made a commitment to the trainer that I would try anything recommended
before I would veto an activity. I''m thinking maybe by the fifth attempt I will have a greater appreciation for the exercise or activity. Let's face it...my writing the exercise plan got me where I am today!!!33
