That's it. Just plan ahead. Plan meals the night before. Pack all meals AND snacks for the next day. Put any supplements in with your meals. It much easier to eat often and eat healthy when it's all there ready to eat. Of course this all assumes you don't leave it on the kitchen counter like I did today! emoticon

  • That is a fantastic idea. We actually have started planning two weeks of meals at a time. My refrigerator and freezer are neither one large enough to prep everything, but I do my best. - by SHERRYDANNI1
