Eat something spicy at the beginning of your meals, or just add a little hot sauce. It's been proven by research and I've found it to be true... eating something spicy tricks your brain into not feeling nearly as hungry. My fiance and I usually go out once a week for dinner on my free day and I always start with hot wings. I hardly eat anything else other than that small basket of wings. Keeps me feeling full until I get home and can make healthy choices for my night time snack!
When you eat something spicy the first impulse is to drink water. Don't. “That just spreads the heat around,” per McIlhenny Company, Tabasco Sauce maker. Instead, “eat a lot of bread or rice,” or try dairy products, like milk, sour cream, ice cream, yogurt, butter, or cheese¯the softer the better.
